Vintage Federal Glass Columbia Pattern Pressed Glass Ruffled Edge Serving Bowl

Description

This is a beautiful depression glass serving bowl in the Columbia pattern by Federal Glass.  The bowl measures 10 1/2" in diameter and approximately 2" tall.  Produced between 1938 and 1942, this pattern features graduated beads radiating from a center beaded circle with a sunburst design in the center.  There are no chips or cracks on the serving dish.  There may be the typical manufacturer flaws that were common for that era such as tiny air bubbles and/or straw marks and there are a few scratches.
Please look closely and enlarge photos to see all details as they are part of the description.  I am not an expert but I do try to inspect all items and describe them and any flaws to the best of my ability.  Any errors or omissions are totally unintentional.
