Post WW2 Occupied Japan tapestry US France Belgium silk flags

Offered: An ORIGINAL ,
embroidered
silk tapestry on paper.
I say it's Occupied Japan, but I'm really not sure. The stamp on it does say, "Made in Japan"
I believe this to be a LARGE stylized background piece for a picture. There is a square below the flags for a photo I am told.

"eagle" above the American shield , flanked by the flags of France and Belgium.
Measures: 23 1/2 inches wide by 23 inches tall.
This needs to go to good home.
Condition: Good. There some tears around the outside. It has been folded for years, so there are creases. The embroidered images are super.
Great Post War collectible. Good to add to a collection, a hole filler for a collection or for a framed display.
