This old 1898 Genealogy of the Guilford Family is quite a nice collectible book.  The hardcover is in fair condition (general wear, binding a bit loose), and the pages are in good shape. There is a small library stamp on the back of the very first page, but no other marks. The first page has a small tear next to the binding. The edges of the pages are rough cut or "deckle edged".  Also included are three copies of "Notes for insertion in 'Genealogy of the Guilford Family'" and a long foldout family tree. There are black and white pictures of the family home in Massachusetts and also of several family members.  In the very front there is a gift inscription "Francis W. Davison from Uncle Nate, May 1898".
